The DOJ says it shouldn’t prosecute devs for writing code.
This 79-year-old judge did it anyway... proof our legal system hasn’t caught up with the century we live in.

The law is lawless
I always thought that code is protected by the first amendment. Well, this boomer judge didn’t care
We really need age and term limits on federal judges.
Hasn't caught up? I sure hope it never does. It was never good to begin with. It is not "ours." And it is not legal by natural law in the first place.
No, we need to abolish the federal judge monopoly.
No one ever does in the state.
Give it couple of years and #nostr devs will get similar treatment.
Change my mind
There are more women judges than there are exceptional women capable of being good ones.
The majority of women have no concept of honor, duty, or justice -- men know and live by rules that are mere words to most women. Thats not good or bad, its biology.
Women are biologically programmed to sacrifice others, if it means their own survival. Doing their duty or keeping their honor is not the priority (if they understand the concept at all.) This is just the average, of course there are exceptions that ignore or overcome this biological drive, just as there are plenty of men with no honor.
I don't think women are inferior to men - we have different strengths. Nor do I think women should be barred from jobs that are, on average, better performed by men..but, it should be based on ability. The problem is when "equality" is forced.
Here we have a judge who sacrificed the Samurai devs, future devs, and the freedom of the people, for her own, personal gain. Not so different from US Atty Carmen Ortiz going after Aaron Swartz.
Let's focus on changing the trajectory for #freedomtech in positive direction not negative from here, please.
Would love to connect and talk with you about natural law sometime.
