That has nothing to do with this. The FDA is the organization that controls food and drugs, not the health and human services department.

Shouldn't you find out what it is, and what it does before declaring that it's unnecessary, and should be shut down?
The FDA falls under the Health and Human Services department
It's FDA, CDC, NIH,and a ton of other such orgs
