50 years has got to be the last step before multi-generational mortgages. Effectively a lifetime rental just with nicer window dressing

Its batshit insane, if I ever planned to return to Europe for real I'd be living in a sailboat again... Unheard amounts of freedom & cheap too if done right ;-)
