It works with web installer. Have done it 5+ times. Pixel 3, 5, 7.
If I recall it never worked unless web install.

It works with popOS linux distro? Not here with web installer or terminal
Crazy... Something weird udev stuff? Using archlinux and everything went fine. 😊
