I consider a disregard of a valid argument equivalent to telling a lie.

Some of the arguments tho are not valid. Ie the argument that "america is at war with immigrants and they deserve death" is invalid. It objectively violates the fact that all men have the inalienable right to life
The word war is problematic as it has lost its original meaning. We are in perpetual war which makes the word meaningless. So if you omit that part you get:
"immigrants deserve death"
