Did you even read? No, not all clients display kind 1111 replies to kind 1 notes. Wisp doesn't, as an example.

That's ok. I am sure they will catch up... Everybody else already does it.
Also, Check this chain.. Amethyst is replying as kind 1 because it knows that you started from Wisp. It's seems to work just great as is.
