What about not updating? We've been running core for a long time and it's been good.
Running knots would be the BEST option
Running old version of shitcoin core would be the worst option
Running V30 of shitcoin core would be the retarded option.
Keep in mind that shitcoin core got way too compromised to the point where it needs to be ceased now (if you really want to protect monetary property of the bitcoin).
Knots actually filters out the crap Core said couldn’t be filtered.
