Like working 8–5 and getting 8 hours of rest from 10 PM to 6 AM for example.
Since living free & truly owning my time my sleeping rhythm has adjusted back to its roots. Closer to nature.
For me personally it’s way less than 8 hours tbh. Closer to 6hto be precise.
And the time my body actually needs rest now varies throughout day & night depending on circumstances.
But I get to decide. Not some centralized system telling me when or how long.
It’s just a created illusion to serve others better, not yourself. 🫂
