At this point, it doesn't matter. The justice system in this country is broken. They won't prosecute anyone because of it. Bill Gates and company gets off clean unless there's an old fashioned mass protest to surround his residence and demand a lynching.

He likely has significantly graver secrets with his position than a list of names though.

I know, but he's using this to grand stand. Threatening to read the names when they are (supposedly) in his possession means he doesn't give a shit.
