Benchmade are legit but maybe overpriced? I don't know... that's coming from someone willing to pay much more for Swiss-made automatic watches.
Your Chinese-made Spyderco looks like it could open the shit out of some Amazon boxes. It's all about the Quality of the steel and your sharpening tool & skillz at the end of the day.
