You don’t need to be a “good cook” to eat healthy, yummy food you made at home
Just go get a few pounds of ground beef, cook it on the stove and throw in a packet of taco seasoning (I use Siete brand)
Then cook some white rice
Violà! You have a meal that is healthier than 99% of restaurant or store bought food 😊

this is, quite literally, my lunch at least a couple days a week. fantastic! just misses a bit on vegetables, will try and improve on that front soon.
My favorite vegetable to cook and add to this is zucchini!
