One thing I did was get a jar, the filthy fiat I would spend daily I would physically put in the jar in plain sight. Make it a habit. Get the fiat and put it in the jar daily. You will blown away how quickly it accumulates.
Use that cash to treat yourself, if that means stacking sats even better.
