Good morning, NOSTR Friends! I hope you're well today. Today's forecast from The Weather Channel is partly sunny with high temps reaching 44. It is 39 degrees now. Coffee is brewing and I'm planning to put out the ducks soon and gather/wash their eggs after this post. I found a suitable container yesterday, so I'm going to harvest the amaranth seeds in the garden. My wife and one of the littles are going to the stable this morning to ride/pet/feed their addictions (horses). It looks like Bitcoin/USD price is still depressed. CoinMarketCap.com quotes the price as $84,191.15. I guess that means I have more time to buy. Have a great day, All, and keep stocking Sats!

Not huge. The biggest differences (as far as I know…) are: - larger than chicken eggs. - baked goods are fluffier than with chicken eggs. - richer yokes.

I’ve heard health benefits from sprouting. Never done it, but Laura & I are curious about trying it. I’m excited about sprouting for the ducks. Spirko talked about sprouting seeds for his ducks years ago, and IF I can get it to work and IF the ducks will eat them in spring/summer/fall, I’ll try sprouting for supplement some of their feed. Do you have any experience/tips?

Not for feeding sprouts to animals, i havent done that, but have heard it cuts down on the amount of feed they need. But i used to sprout a variety of seeds for us to eat. Sprouts are pretty tasty and can be added to just about anything. Plus they are ready in just a few days.
