This seems like a neat idea, maybe we should copy this idea here in the States.
If I understand correctly, it's a place to learn about the regions they serve, as well as run public interest programs. Like a well funded state library.
I'm sure they make for propeganda, but even so, we need more community centers.
Each state could run its own.
