Honestly, it's a nuanced answer I think. And no. Not completely. I think knowing God is really the only ultimate way to be known, and not lonely.
But that requires faith. And faith is a gift.
I'd say if you have the chance ... Pursue that faith!
I try and turn my mind to feeling grateful for the opportunity to be at one with everything - I 'try' to use the time to think and read - I can all too easily turn negative when suffering and feeling loneliness Is a form of self inflicted suffering for me.
Today I'm meeting someone I don't know for a #plebwalk and I'm hoping that will help us both.
