These is the tip of the iceberg, to believe China is not ahead is quite naive too, for the western moronic narrative takes always over, making us to believe, that we are in a race and ahead, the truth is that China is doing it better and cheaper using way less energy which is already a big challenge for western companies.
Regulation IMO is a fools errand because these guys are the one reporting directly to the ones that call the shots and control the government's policies
