He wasnt wrongfully incarcerated..he sold those drugs 100%....his CASE is more along the lines of cruel and unusual punishment....he was offered 10 years and blew trial.
I respect your perspective on it. Ross was wrongfully incarcerated.
Letβs hope Roas becomes an advocate for people who are illegally convicted, unfairly sentenced, abused in state jails and prisons and challenge the death penalty and excessive punishment.
Letβs hope all those who supported the free Ross βmovementβ actually want to prevent what happened to Ross from happening to others.
Or maybe notβ¦maybe folks donβt care about all the other people that experienced what Ross went through. I donβt know. Itβs going to be interesting to see what happens with the #FreeRoss βmovementβ.
Respectfully that's a subjective analysis of this matter.
There are still R.I.C.O laws in effect which make kingpins liable....and darknet site admins get taken down all the time.... if you believe ROSS personally was wrongfully incarcerated...then you must seek the repeal of the drug laws around continuing enterprises...it is the punishment for operating the site that was too harsh.
Hydra Market admin sentenced to life.
