I know a few using Quest, and their decision seems to be driven by either not owning a powerful enough PC or getting it because it's what their friends have. Most good PC VR sets use lighthouse tracking. Requires additional setup/permanent space installation, but the tracking is at least superior. Lots of hardware supports the lighthouse tracking which was developed by HTC and Valve teaming up, so you can mix and match controllers, headset, and full body tracking to your liking.
