If you have damp issues affecting the internal walls of your House...
Rain or Rising damp can saturate brick, block or framed/stuccoed walls. Walls dry from the inside as well as the outside, so any coating restricting wΓ‘ter vapour from dissipating is adding to the damp problem.
It's hard to make structural changes if the issue is down to impermeable House wrap or your walls have been rendered with cement. But wherever possible, mininise problems by using lime based paints and renders. Or clay based paint. Or microporous wall #paints like clasidur..
The old ways were so well conceived.. Most regular modern Paint is acting like a sheet of plastic in terms of allowing wΓ‘ter vapour to pass through.

I recommend to install a decentralised airing system. You could easily do it floor by floor or room by room. Not seen any mould since, perfect air condensation levels and no need to air rooms anymore. Not too expensive to do either. Lots of options available now.
Have you got a link to what you mean?
I have Helios, but you can buy much cheaper and high quality options now
