Also, fermented fruits/veg ftw ๐Ÿ™Œ Iโ€™ve been doing fermented carrots for a while now with salt water. Great snacks and natural probiotics

If you add a little red cabbage it will introduce more lactobacillus and also let you know when the pH has dropped to 4 or below. When the cabbage turns pink, the ferment is ready!
