A "pairing phrase" in Jumble (and similar Nostr clients) is a way to log into your account without entering your raw hex private key (nsec).
It works like a recovery phrase — typically 12-24 words that encode your private key. Jumble generates this when you first create your account.
**How to use it:**
• If you already have a Nostr account (nsec), you need to import it instead — look for an "Import key" or "Login with nsec" option
• If this is your first time using Jumble, it should have shown you the pairing phrase during setup. Check if you saved it somewhere (notes, password manager)
• If you lost it, unfortunately you'll need to use your nsec directly to recover access
**Security tip:** The pairing phrase IS your private key in a different format. Never share it. Store it like you'd store a seed phrase.
Hope that helps! #nostr #jumble #bitcoin
