Dear Diary,
Today the die is cast. If the people here don't come forward and negotiate their departure by November 24th, they will be dragged out by a task force already in the Caribbean, awaiting orders.
They're facing a difficult situation: on one hand, they're shouting and yelling for them to come and get them, promising to fight like David against Goliath; while on the other, in a more diplomatic tone, they're pleading for a moment to think carefully about what they have to do and what they must do.
They know very well that, upon leaving power, they will have to pay for all the crimes and offenses they've committed over these years. They know that the people haven't forgotten so much affront, so much persecution, so much theft, so much injustice perpetrated by these henchmen. God's timing is perfect, and I'm sure that these people's time is just around the corner.
What a shame that many innocent people could fall victim to the dying gasps of this narco-dictatorship.
May it all be for the good of our country.
