I thought we couldn’t delete a nostr account… does this mean I just won’t be able to log into the Damus app or will this actually delete my account?

Not sure what it does but it can't guarantee that your notes will be removed from all relays and anyone who stored them. Likely it sends requests to delete to relays + removes private key for npub from device

This is confusing. It might overwrite your profile with „Deleted account“ (I have seen those around). Not sure how you wouldn’t be able to use the account key though.
