It's the respondibility of people fix their own poverty, and government needs to get regulation and taxes out of the way.
Evolving humanity? Sounds Marxist. "Evolving" humanity is the whole excuse behind Marxist tyranny. They want to oppress and force humans into transforming into perfect little obedient commies. Transforming humanity is the goal of Marxism.
