Hang upside down with the chain around the feet? I do that.
I donโt so any flips or is that what you consider a flip?
We have a park near my house and every now and then, especially late at night, I'll go light a joint and swing on the swing.

Yea when you dismount the swing you essentially do a back flip off the swing. I used to do it a bunch as a kid and recently did it when I went out for a walk ๐
