If there is no due process to check if they are illegals or not, a anyone can be deported including you. They just need to say you are an immigrant and boom, no need to prove anything.

Yep, you have to present your proof. Otherwise, they can just put people in jail for made up stuff.
Or do you really trust government and politicians that are leading them to not make things up?
