Won't it be greatly limiting discovery? I mean getting a private relay to store your posts is optimal and the only way to actually "own your data" because even paid relays can just close at any time or change policies. But you'd have to read public relays if you want your search, tags subscriptions, etc working? Also you as you follow people you need to connect to their relays directly with your device? I like most things of Nostr but this is bugging me a bit. I.e. on Fedi (Mastodon and such) I only need to trust my server and it does almost all work on my behalf. Exposure here seems far greater.
