Dude I don’t want my money back lol. 😂
I’m a paying customer of nostr as well.
The issue is that you’re upset people aren’t paying for a valuable service. I’m just trying to convey some options to find the tipping point to encourage the free market to find value in a product and pay for it.
For new subscribers, the free and paid versions are too similar of a service to encourage subscription.
For existing subscribers most of whom are “donate to developers” types, the upgrade page is too limiting, and sats pricing being more than last year is jarring, when bitcoin is considered deflationary. Suggestions have been made and relayed. But users/subscribers will make their own choice on if they find the value or not.

🐶🐾🤣 makes sense. Beyond choking the free offering to the point of unusable, it is yet impossible for one person to implement all good features. And adding more will inflate costs further, making lower paying tiers and impossibility.
I like Tortuga. all his arguments are on point.
You must also know that the best services come out when there is competition. What are the alternatives for nostr.build?
Nostr.build removes meta data. I think that has value by itself. He's not using CDN cloudflare like primal does. So its optimal to use nostr.build just think if u need to remove meta data holding private information about govt if your a journalist
