I think you mean 'private'. A genuine secret cannot be shared to someone who doesn't have the means to decrypt it.

I stand by what I stand. Any secrets that can be freely shared are not secrets to begin with. Genuine secrets are fool-proof. This is precisely the reason why the masses have zero clues about how anything really works.
