I think they have A chance of SOME of their people switching to Nostr, unfortunately that is too big of a wall to climb for most normies out there, and that is mosty Nostr’s responsibility to improve.
Network effects take a long time to reach that critical mass, but Im confident itll get there. We just need better clients that dont go the easy route of sacrificing decentralization for UX. Easier said then done, of course. I firmly believe clients are gonna need to incorporate p2p at least for stop like content hosting. I started a project that will certainly be bigger than anticipated that Im hoping will be a pear-enabled distributed relay that can serve compatible clients (fork of amethyst that can connect to these special "relays")
