You can sue anyone for anything. Wait JCarv’s thing is supported by Tether? I had no idea. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I’m not going to give legal advice on a possible real issue, but trademarks get complicated because you can have products/service marks in different markets with the same name and that can be permissible. Also, suing people, even if you’re right, is often way more expensive than is worth it. This is something everyone should think about because lawsuits are a huge pain in the ass even if you’re in the right and especially if you’re in the right because it amplifies the pain of the bureaucracy you have to endure in your pursuit of justice.
