nope, i have never advocated for a change to bitcoin by mechanics logic, if me and a few buddies wanted to do a hostile fork then everyone else would have to actively respond with a fork of their own, which is retarded and straight false, bitcoin defaults to no change, which is incredibly important ironically what ocean is trying to do is basically a centralized mining attack, where a miner with overwhelming hash tries to push through a fork on their own, but they dont have much hash, so it will fail
