It's literally the same as Bitcoin Core.
Anyways, as Fiatjaf says, they're more of guidelines. Feel free to use or not use them.
It’s not really but it’s about as good as we can get when there isn’t a traditional leadership group with appropriate roles. Look up “code fork” in google to get an idea of how it can overcome. Git is partially to blame, understanding it’s the best current solution.
