Pretty sure they can already put apps on peoples phones, I'm just not sure this can be enforced on all devices.

We are not going to be able to vote our way out of the dystopia that they are planning. They are making it impossible to voice our opinions or have any influence of the rules that we live under. The only choice we now have is enslavement or rebellion...
