USAID were in Ukraine since at least 2009, obviously to lay the groundwork for the 2014 coup. Lots of children being trafficked there too. Lots of reports of Ukrainian women being paid to have babies to be sent away. That's why the Elites got so pissed at Putin moving kids to safety.
