Interesting thing I’ve learned about myself: sleep tracking stresses me out. Been trying it out on my Pebble the last week or so, and I felt like I was getting worse sleep. But thinking back, any time I would wake up in the middle of the night I would think “shit, I need to go back to sleep!” which would have the opposite effect. But sleeping without it tracking my sleep last night, I slept way better! (And that’s even with the wind absolutely howling outside last night, which always keeps me up a bit)
