I used to contribute to the Bitcoin Wiki and the few times I tried to remove weird stuff, it was LukeJr's weird stuff. Like Tonal Bitcoin.

Luke would totally not allow you to delete this part of the wiki or present it in any negative or joking way. He's dead serious about Tonal being the better system. His children learned Tonal counting before Decimal.

Why remove it? Does it hurt anyone?

Is there a good reason for this or are they just silly?

I do find new corners of idiotic in the world occasionally. This is certainly new to me.
