The whitepaper doesn't mention consensus rules filtering data types. It describes a timestamping server where blocks are accepted if nodes find them valid. 'Valid' is defined by consensus rules, not by Satoshi's vision of what transactions should look like. BIP-110 is asking the protocol to enforce aesthetics. That was never the design.

You are telling me the title of the paper doesn't tell you the intended purpose of Bitcoin? You said who says, I tell you the whitepaper says and you tell me that it is ambiguous to its intended purpose, am I reading you right?
It doesn't tell you on a penny not to load it into a shotgun either.
