Did you have a bunch of actuators and stuff? We just have a manifold with physical dials and a pump.
Nothing except the pump to fail.

Yes, the dang valves sieze up. Also, I have glycol. I'm considering going to straight water
Separate pumps with check valves is probably a better idea than some valves
The idea that you’re gonna on demand heat certain rooms versus others is kindof a pipe dream. Just head the entire floor and make all your runs the same length
Then you mitigate all that complexity: just one pump. I haven’t even adjusted the dials on the manifold pretty sure they’re all just fully open
