Anyone become more socialist minded as they get older? Or do most people become more individually minded?

I went from being a #Goldwater conservative to being two steps to the right of Goldwater and now I think Iβm actually may be closer to three steps to the right of Barry Goldwater
If I were to debate Ted Cruz in a political debate, he would come across looking like a flaming liberal
If I were to debate my old self, the same thing would happen
Individualist
Individualist. Our heads are filled with deceptions appealing to our narcissism, ironically, when younger. Its only when you see that your good intentions were neither motivated by virtue nor having any good effects that you can begin to imagine an actual good, which is necessarily non-intrusive, which is closer to individualism, although there's not really any "ism" in it.
Older I get the more individualistic I become. The only socialism though I have extends to my immediate family & what I can do for them, buying that youβre on your own
