Oh no!!! Sinus infections are horrible 😟 Elderberry syrup might help your throat. It works a treat for me. 24 hour magic. I’ve got nothing for your sinuses though! I get them a couple of times a year, tried many things but haven’t found anything that works reliably yet. Hope you feel better soon. 🫂
