Can someone explain to me the thesis behind Bch. Doesn’t large blocks kills the transaction reward. Meaning their solution is actually creating a problem?

Large blocks harm decentralization as they increase the cost to run a node (bigger ssd, stronger cpu needed). Bcashers either don't understand this or think it's not relevant. Block reward is the same, maybe more tx fee rewards in theory.
