I knew it would be rough here. I’ve traveled and lived in several 2nd and 3rd world places. None have been empowering people to rebuild
IMF and military make it unclear.
And the people and country are wonderful.

Visit now - it is “mosquito season” - the worst 2-3 months
Intend to have a mosquito force field and declare and intend that mosquitoes repair off you, and rarely get a bite in. No matter how bad it’s been in the past. I focus on that. Will only bring more mosquito bites.
As a very physical thing that can be done, besides the traditional bug spray, and there’s no shame and using bug spray here, no matter how holistic you are
Work on your melanin
having a good tan (made with natural balanced sun exposure, is as a natural repellent) - consistent sunrise, and sunset. Make it easy to create this. No matter how white or how much the mosquitoes bite you.
if you have brown skin, if you don’t have the right balance of natural light in your body, mosquitoes will get you.
A theory of only you can prove
if you can handle the mosquitoes right now. The rest is much easier.
