In light of the OP Net launch, it might be wise to open channels or get some funds onto LN if you need to keep transacting, you have one week.

Yup, exactly that.
Never heard of that before. Is this something we should take serious? Any good resources to understand it? Docs and everything seem pretty high level.
I don't know, but they claim fees will spike to 500sat/vb again, so I'd rather be safe than sorry.
