If you just do Lightning, this might be really easy to do with LNDhub. I have a albyhub running that my church has a subaccount on. They connect to it via btcpay server and LNDhub through getalby. I’d be interested if Coinos has a similar connection that @BTCPay Server could tap into it. I found this setup easier for them than having them manage their own Lightning node. Though I do have that set up for them too.
