So today was nice and sunny, but very chilly for us. I worked my volunteer shift in the morning, then came home and took a nice walk on our trails. I think tomorrow we might process the second deer that's still in the freezer, we'll see. While i was walking around the yard today, i noticed lots of daikon radish sprouts coming up, after the little bit of rain we got recently. Those young sprouts are very tasty.
