We saw that the redemption was attempted but the payment didn’t go through. My guess is that your wallet wasn’t activated when you scanned the card. Please confirm if that’s the case. In any case, we re-armed those redemption codes; so you should be able to redeem them now. If you don’t want to activate Primal wallet, you can give them to somebody else who is using Primal; the codes should work.
