#squatpushrepeat I've upgraded to doing my 10 squats / 10 wall pushups / tricep dips 3xs a day now as I take Princess Aurora out on our quick breaks. Last week just starting out I did it only on lunch breaks and found I felt sore. This week I am starting to enjoy it. Maybe I'll eventually replace the smoke break completely with squats ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ’ช

For sure! Whatever works :) Id would suggest, whenever you're ready - researching strength vs hypertrophy training. You know how to distill research, obv it's highly opinionated on _what_ to do, but it's pretty obvious on _how_ it works. If you wanted to get more into hypt you could look into HIIT. Supposedly good benefits for joints, tendons and ligaments, for people over 28-30 y/o. I tried it for a few months.

I used to be quite athletic and did CrossFit for years but I got rabdo during COVID and have been told maybe it's best to not do HIIT moving forward. But it's ok! I'll look into it more as I go forward with this. Any little bit is better than nothing ๐Ÿฅฐ
I wasnโ€™t mocking you at all. I totally read that as wall handstand pushups. The point of this is to improve over time. So wall pushups are better than doing nothing. #LFG
