Yes but please go ceramic for if you need to not just work out in it. Spalling is a real thing and people should buy 1 steel plate with "anti-spall" coating and shoot it with just 9mm at least and see if there's any spalling before buying. IMO If you can't afford ceramic plates save up

The hard plate is ceramic with about a quarter in of 'anti spall' padding. The one to the left is level is 3a soft and and the black vest is your standard vest. I got it all covered. Literally 😜

Good. I just hate to see people but steel plates and think they're as good as ceramics

I also use the 3a as another anti-spall protection. Those go in front of the 4s. And anything going thru both, well spall my least worries
