You gotta clear out the junk in other areas too:
- content consumption being the second most important, literal brainrot on most people's algorithm
- your environment dictates your mood
- your social circle
- your thoughts (have positive affirmations beginning and end of day)
- polyester clothing (switch to organic cotton when you can)
Small changes lead to big improvements over time.
